Among her career milestones, Molly was instrumental in spearheading the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s initial entry into digital media. Prior to that, she managed the media responses for the cruise line industry based in Arlington, VA. During this period, she adeptly managed the industry’s media relations during several critical events, notably the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks and the 2002 norovirus outbreaks on cruise ships. Molly is often featured in media outlets for her insights on current events and cultural phenomena, with appearances on NBC News, ABC’s Impact x Nightline, and Access Hollywood. Her commentary is also published in print outlets such as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and the Boston Globe. In addition to being a 2023 Adweek Creative Visionary Award recipient, Molly is a Forbes.com contributor and holds a Master of Science in Mass Communication from Boston University.
